Pay the agreed payments according to the defined payment schedule.
Qormozi commits to:
Executing the project based on the agreed technical and financial proposal.
Delivering the work within the agreed timeline.
Maintaining design and development quality that aligns with the standards of the Saudi market.
Providing technical support during the agreed warranty period for each service.
Payment is made according to the agreement stated in the quotation (down payment – progress payments – final payment).
No project will begin without receiving the initial contract payment.
Payments are non-refundable once the work has started, due to the nature of digital services.
If the customer requests project cancellation before actual work begins, administrative fees may be deducted if applicable.
If work has already started, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the initial payment.
Qormozi has the right to cancel the project and refund the amount (partially or fully) in case of force majeure preventing the continuation of the work.
All designs, code, content, files, and materials produced by Qormozi remain the property of the company until all dues are fully paid.
After full payment, usage rights are transferred to the customer, while Qormozi retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Each project includes a specific number of revisions as defined in the agreed offer.
Any additional revisions will incur extra charges depending on the nature of the request.
Qormozi is not responsible for any losses resulting from misuse of the website or services.
The company is not responsible for issues arising from hosting services or third-party servers.
The customer is responsible for securing their website or application login credentials.
Qormozi reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
